Hello everyone! We are the Kowalsky family — I’m Kelly, my husband is Sean, and we have two little boys.

What started as a small, simple dream has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined. After having our children, I wanted to create clean, simple food for them to enjoy, which led me to jump on the sourdough train. I quickly fell in love with the process — some might even say I became a little obsessed (according to my husband!).

After a couple of years, I decided I wanted to share my bread with others, and that idea eventually turned into the bread cart. One night, my supportive husband stayed up until 4 a.m. building the cart so I could begin this journey. My parents also graciously allowed us to place our bakery cart at the end of their driveway, giving us the perfect place to start. What I thought would be a small, ten-loaf adventure quickly grew into baking multiple loaves, along with scones, cinnamon rolls, English muffins, and more.
